Mr. Rattikin and his firm are regular recipients of “Top Attorney” and “Best Law Firm” awards by Fort Worth Magazine, 360 West Magazine, and the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Mr. Rattikin serves as co-owner and counsel of an 80 year-old privately held title company, and founder, owner and President of Rattikin Exchange Services, Inc., offering regional and national qualified intermediary services to clients engaged in §1031 tax deferred exchanges. Jeff’s vision of transforming the way attorneys and clients interact has led to the creation and development of TexasLegalDocs.com, an innovative online legal services company, and was a co-founder and former owner of GetLegal.com, The Legal Café and related online platforms. Mr. Rattikin, a Sustaining Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a member of the Texas Bar College, Texas Land Title Association, Entrepreneur’s Organization-Fort Worth and the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, among many other legal and real estate industry organizations, is a frequent presenter and speaker at real estate, exchange and legal industry conferences, workshops and meetings. A father of four children, Jeff makes his home in Fort Worth, Texas.
Jennifer Gardner is an Exchange Coordinator with over a decade of experience as a legal professional in transactional law. Jennifer has specialized in real estate, business organizations, estate planning, probate and energy law.
Stine (pronounced “Stena”) joined the team in 2021 and serves as Controller for RattikinLaw and Rattikin Exchange Services, Inc. managing all financial transactions and recordkeeping. She
oversees budgeting, financial reporting and internal controls. She has extensive background in financial management in various industries such as real estate, construction, oil and gas, and investment portfolios.
