Jeffrey A. Rattikin

A partner of Rattikin & Rattikin, L.L.P., Jeff Rattikin is founder, owner and president of Rattikin Exchange Services, Inc., and AmeriPoint Exchange Services, L.P. Both of these companies offer qualified intermediary services in connection with 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.

Board-certified in Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Rattikin is an AV-rated attorney. He serves as counsel for Rattikin Title Company, a 62-year-old title insurance business, and he manages the firm’s Westside Fort Worth office.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance, Mr. Rattikin earned his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University School of Law. In 1999, Mr. Rattikin was named Outstanding Young Lawyer of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

Mr. Rattikin is active in the Texas Land Title Association, Real Estate Section of the Tarrant County Bar Association, Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, Society of Commercial Realtors, Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Counsel, Tarrant Organization of Professionals, Inc. and Leadership Fort Worth.

Mr. Rattikin sits on the Downtown Fort Worth Tax Increment Financing Board, and serves as chairman of the Corporate Sponsorship Committee of Fort Worth Country Day School. Mr. Rattikin is a frequent presenter and speaker at real estate industry conferences, workshops and meetings.

Jennifer Gardner

Jennifer Gardner is a legal assistant with over a decade of experience as a legal professional in transactional law. Jennifer has specialized in real estate, business organizations, estate planning, probate and energy law. She is currently serving as the senior 1031 exchange coordinator for RattikinLaw.
